  1. Go to: the ICPC website
  2. Login (if you do not have an account, click Register and create one)
  3. On the right side, click on "Create a team"
  4. Expand the Southeastern Europe Regional Contest - under:
    • Europe Regional Contest
    • Southeastern Europe Regional Contest
  5. Select the geographically closest of the two sites (Bucharest or Vinnytsia)
  6. Fill in information regarding your team(s)

Registration must be complete by September 20th, 2019, online on the ICPC website,
Also it is necessary to send by email the scanned registration form filled in, with the specification of number of nights for the hotel, and the signature for eligibility from the dean of Department.

The sponsor of the Contest requests the complete list of participants more than one month before the contest, to be able to award all wildcards at the regional, and to get the software for preparation. The winners will advance from regional contests held in six continents to the World Finals of The ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest.
